Doing this ahead of time will speed up the process for everyone! If you are unable to do this in advance, there will be a handheld device given to you at the gate or you can use your cell phone at the gate to complete. NOT Pre-Registered General Admission GATE SALES NO CASH SALES – credit card only! You may purchase general admission at the gate on Saturday and Sunday ONLY. No general spectator admission will be sold on Friday. NOT Pre-Registered Show Cars (Ford/Mercury, Boss, Mach1) GATE SALES NO CASH SALES – credit card only! You may purchase at the gate on Saturday and Sunday ONLY. No Friday non-pre-registered admission. Friday Evening Banquet Reservations Must reserve no later than August 15th! Get your banquet ticket here. Drive to the Camelot Event Center, there will be a check-in process using guest name. Casual dress (men polo shirts, khaki pants or jeans, ladies button-up shirts, blouses, pullovers, slacks, khakis, jeans, skirts (be comfortable). Location (approx. 10-to-15-minute drive from hotel): Camelot Event Center 250 Swinderman Road Wexford PA 15090 6pm - doors open 7pm - dinner 8pm - program LowKey Autocross SUNDAY Pre-register; the cost will increase if you wait to do it on-site. Register online: https://www.pittrace.com/performance-autocross On-site purchase - go to the Pro Shop (see map for location). Camping If you reserved a camping spot you may arrive at the Pitt Race facility on Thursday evening after 6 pm. Be sure to have your e-receipt with you when you arrive at the gate. If you are asked to pay for camping when you arrive show your receipt to the gate staff. (see map for camping area). Once you enter the facility go to the AutoInterests Hospitality garage to obtain your camping pass (they may not be open on Thursday evening – then just go in on Friday; see location on attached layout). AutoInterests Hospitality will be open 8 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Event Map Click here to view the map larger. PLEASE help the event run smoothly! The facility is large and there will be other groups using different areas. We MUST stay within the assigned Boss area. See the map for assigned parking area. Trucks and trailer please park efficiently (do not take up more space than needed), be sure you are in the Boss Truck/Trailer Parking area. We will attempt to have a volunteer in that area to make sure you do not park in an unassigned Boss space. Show cars will be parked on a first arrival basis. We will start to wrap around the Boss Concourse & Special Display area which is on grass. Only cars assigned to the special display area should be parked on the grass (you know who you are). All the others will be on the black top marked as Boss Show Cars Only. Be patient at the gate, I have heard other events experience a wait time upon arrival due to waiver signing and verification.
