A few days prior to the event you will receive a link via email to complete the online WAIVER. The gate staff will look you up by name to verify. Everyone must complete the waiver before entering! Doing this ahead of time will speed up the process for everyone! If you are unable to do this in advance, there will be a handheld device given to you at the gate or you can use your cell phone at the gate to complete. Get your banquet ticket here. Drive to the Camelot Event Center, there will be a check-in process using guest name. Plan to arrive between 6 – 6:30 pm. Location: Camelot Event Center 250 Swinderman Road Wexford PA 15090 LowKey Autocross SUNDAY Pre-register; the cost will increase if you wait to do it on-site. Camping If you reserved a camping spot you may arrive at the Pitt Race facility on Thursday evening after 6 pm. Be sure to have your e-receipt with you when you arrive at the gate. If you are asked to pay for camping when you arrive show your receipt to the gate staff. (see map for camping area). Once you enter the facility go to the AutoInterests Hospitality garage to obtain your camping pass (they may not be open on Thursday evening – then just go in on Friday; see location on attached layout). AutoInterests Hospitality will be open 8 am on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Volunteers Needed We are looking for additional volunteers to work the front gate at Pitt Race Saturday Aug. 31 and Sunday Sept. 1. Duties include scanning QR code tickets and selling tickets. Volunteers should be comfortable using technology as they will be using handheld point of sale units as well as ticket scanners. No cash sales, only credit cards. Volunteers will earn $75 in AutoInterests credits for each 3-hour shift worked. --> Sign up here <-- Only Front Gate positions are open to anyone - do not sign up for other listed positions as those require application & approval. Event Map Click here to view the map larger. PLEASE help the event run smoothly! The facility is large and there will be other groups using different areas. We MUST stay within the assigned Boss area. See the map for assigned parking area. Trucks and trailer please park efficiently (do not take up more space than needed), be sure you are in the Boss Truck/Trailer Parking area. We will attempt to have a volunteer in that area to make sure you do not park in an unassigned Boss space. Show cars will be parked on a first arrival basis. We will start to wrap around the Boss Concourse & Special Display area which is on grass. Only cars assigned to the special display area should be parked on the grass (you know who you are). All the others will be on the black top marked as Boss Show Cars Only. Be patient at the gate, I have heard other events experience a wait time upon arrival due to waiver signing and verification.
